      SLT 107 Schwabenlandtower, the highest residential building in Baden Württemberg – with a view of the Swabian Alb and Fellbach’s vineyards.

      Sophisticated mobility concept

      For the optimal development of the micro-location, a mobility concept is being developed in cooperation with the city. The large recreational and forest areas around Fellbach and the cultural offerings of Stuttgart are to be individually accessible with low emissions.

      Sustainable energy production

      State-of-the-art wind flow turbines have been installed at the tear-off edge of the residential tower, which make use of the upwinds on the facade. In this way, sustainable electricity is generated day and night for the operation of the elevator systems and the e-vehicle charging stations. This completes the modern building’s sound energy concept.
