New Korallusviertel in Hamburg
The project location is in the emerging district of Wilhelmsburg, which is distinguished by its diverse social environment. Much needed residential construction in the Hanseatic City of Hamburg, in the form of both privately financed and subsidised measures, are at the heart of the project development.
With more than 53,000 residents, the district of Wilhelmsburg in Hamburg-Mitte is one of the largest districts in Hamburg. Given its location between two branches of the River Elbe, Wilhelmsburg is the largest river island in Europe. The district is expecting ambitious development and still offers space reserves with the potential to alleviate the current housing shortage in Hamburg. The location is very well connected to the public transport system.
The nearby city train station ‘Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg’ is just a few-minutes’ walk away and Hamburg’s Central Station can be reached in 12 minutes.
