Consus: All apartments from the “Momente Berlin” development in the “Quartier Bundesallee” in Berlin have been sold
Berlin, 07. October 2019. Consus Real Estate AG (“Consus”) has sold the last available condominium in the new construction project “Momente Berlin” on Bundesallee in the Wilmersdorf district of Berlin.
“Quartier Bundesallee” comprises a total of 83 apartments, of which 66 are rented apartments and 17 are individually-owned condominiums. The apartments in buildings number 5, 6 and 7 had already been sold in the summer of 2017 to an Austrian family office; as rented apartments they are intended to ease the situation in the housing market in Berlin. The residential area of “Momente Berlin” forms the inner row of buildings in the development, with the effect that all the apartments face the green inner courtyards, “Prager Hofgärten”, and have a view to the leafy park at the heart of Prager Platz. The park area is accessible from the street via two entrances with traffic-calming measures.
“Bundesallee and Hohenzollerndamm are two of the main arterial roads in Berlin. At this major interchange we have created a private haven with a lovely ambiance for the residents of ‘Momente’ that allows them to leave behind and forget the hustle and bustle of the city,” comments Andreas Steyer, the Chief Executive Officer of Consus. “It comes as no surprise, therefore, that there has been extremely strong demand for the ‘Momente’ apartments ever since the marketing process began. With the sale of the last apartment we have been able to bring this ambitious project to a successful conclusion,” adds Steyer.
