CONSUS Commercial Property AG appoints Jürgen Büser as Chief Financial Officer

Leipzig, 25 October 2017 – CONSUS Commercial Property AG (“CONSUS”, ISIN DE000A2DA414) today announced that its Supervisory Board appointed Jürgen Büser as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective immediately. The appointment strengthens the executive team of CONSUS Commercial Property AG and sets the course for continued dynamic growth of the company focused on portfolio management of office properties and investments in project developers such as the CG Group. Jürgen Büser has many years of financial experience as a manager gained in posts including CFO of Thomas Cook Group plc, Head of Operations Europe at Siemens Financial Services GmbH and Managing Director and Partner at H/2 Capital Partners. As a result of the appointment, the Management Board now comprises of CEO Norbert Kickum, Jürgen Büser and Stanley Bronisz.
